Thank you Kyunghwa and Terris!!!! Hwaiting!!!!

    • Soo

그만해! 다시 그 말 하지마 (gumanhae! dashi geu mal hajima) is how you would say “Stop! Don’t talk about it again” in 반말 (informal speech). If you wanna say it using 존댓말 (formal speech), you would say 그만해요! 제발 다시 그 말 하지마세요 (gumanhaeyo! jebal dashi geu mal hajimaseyo)

May I ask if there is an equivalent word for the English expression “Ouch!” in K orean? and also please help me how to say “I can only speak a little korean but i want to get better, will you please teach me?”

If I want to say ‘your smile’ then can I just say 니 미소 or do i have to say 너의 미소? I don’t actually want to use it in a sentence; it’s for my tumblr url. 너의(neoui) looks weird romanized but I’m not sure if 니 (ni) would be correct.

    Hi Kyunghwa and Terris,
thank you very much for all your efforts. I really enjoy this wonderful show and all the other nice things on TTMIK!

I would like to know what to say when I either made a mistake or did something has unexpected negative consequences and I wannna express that I didn’t wanted or intended that to happen.
What means “Sorry, I didn’t do this on purpose” in Korean?

    정말 감사합니다!
    (^__^)

Sorry, I didn’t do this on purpose

      [polite expressions]
      1. 죄송합니다. 저는 고의로 그런 게 아니었습니다.
      2. 미안해요. 제가 일부러 그런 게 아니에요.

      [informal expressions]
      1. 미안해. 난 고의로 그런 게 아니었어.
      2. 미안해. 난 일부러 그런 게 아니었어.
