I always hear this 말고 in songs.. and that was a short and very usefull lesson!..

말고 and 아니고. With nouns, what’s the difference?
They mention this in the PDF
말고 is from 지 말다. a command to not do something, i.e action verbs.
아니고 is to not be (이다) so
우유 말고 커피 주세요. is don’t give me A(milk), give me B(coffee) instead.
Whereas 아니고 would be used to say “this IS NOT A but is B”
이거슨 우유 아니고 커피 이에요. this is not milk; it’s coffee.
^I don’t know if this sentence is right.
