Hangeul Master: Korean Writing System Guide (+ Handwriting Reading)

Have you ever had a hard time trying to read someone’s handwriting in Korean? We certainly have, even as native Korean speakers! There are no formal rules for handwriting in Korean, therefore everybody can have a different style, making it difficult for people studying Korean to read what’s written in handwriting. So! We are working on this book that will teach how to read and write in Korean (for absolute beginners who don’t know any Korean at all) as well as teach how to read even the most incomprehensible handwriting written by someone running on a treadmill.

The book will be published in early 2014, and we will let you know as soon as the pre-order is available! If you want to be the first to hear about the publication of the book, please sign up for our newsletter! Thank you!

Such a great idea! Sometimes I have trouble reading Hangeul typefonts that are made to look like handwriting, so I’m sure this book would be very useful to me.

Very exciting and can’t wait for the book to come out! As a beginner learner, sometimes I have a hard time understanding those ‘cursive’ style han geul. Not only those found in actual handwriting, but sometimes those found in manhwa, stationary stuffs, and even han geul hard subtitle on shows.
