The adjective 흐려요 is come from the verb 흐리다.
흐리다 can mean “to cloud, to blur or to spoil”.
흐려요 means “it is cloudy”.
I seem to be unable to download any of the video and mp3 lessons but the pdf lessons I can download off this site. But yea it worked before now its not working :(. Just started happening today. I think its related to where you host the material

구름이 흐려도 재미있어, 만약 비가 오지 않으니까, 바람도 재미있어 그러지만 바가 내린다면도 때때로 재미있는 거예요, 적당히 더우니까. 만약에 심한 빗이 내린다면 나뻐질 거고 너무 위험해요….. ‘~’

만약 비가 오지 않으니까, 바람도 재미있어 > 만약 비가 오지 않더라도, 바람이 있으니까 좋아요.
바가 내린다면도 때때로 재미있는 거예요 > 비가 내리면 때때로 좋아요.
만약에 심한 빗이 내린다면 나뻐질 거고 너무 위험해요 > 만약에 비가 심하게 내린다면 너무 위험해질 거예요.
