    Hi TTMIK,

I have listened to many of your lessons and I would like to try the Iyagi series. I was wondering if they increase in difficulty? In other words, should I start from the first one, or just choose a topic I like?

    Thanks :)

I found it better to train your ear for natural speed. Either way if it is spoken slow or fast, if you are a beginner your brain isn’t going to process the info fast enough. That’s just my opinion. Study hard!!

      Hi,
I’ve been studying 1 Iyagi lesson per day. I’m on lesson 60 now. I don’t notice any difference in difficulty. They seem easier as you do more, of course, but #58 isn’t that different from #10 in my opinion.

Don’t worry about understanding every episode 100%. I still don’t understand 100%. The important thing is to learn the main vocabulary, and then move on to the next lesson. I guarantee that if you do that for a month, you will start to see a big improvement.

    Hi Peter :))

From my personal experience (I’m on Level 7 at the moment) and I find the Iyagi a little hard either way so to me if you start at one or if you start at 100 they are almost the same in terms of difficulty although maybe its just me but I found that the Iyagi in the first ones was spoken a little slower!!

wow level 7!! how long have you been using this site for? I just started using this site in January. Even though I am only on level 3, I feel i am extremely advanced mainly because i get to practice with Korean students at my university.. do you practice conversation with native speakers too?
